Ownership of Intellectual Property

During the course of work on this contract, KnowledgeBased-Consulting will deliver some existing programs, routines, or source code that has been, and will be, re-used on other projects for other clients. This source code is part of our re-usable code library and is labeled as such. In performing work under this contract we grant a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to make, have made, use, modify, and/or sell this source code.

Similarly, in the course of work under this contact, KnowledgeBased-Consulting will develop generic code, programs, and routines that may be incorporated into our general re-usable code libraries. Routines and programs that incorporate key technologies defined by the client, or that pertain to the client's key intellectual property, patents, and copyrights will remain the property of the client and in no way will be incorporated or re-used by KnowledgeBased- Consulting.
