Mike Berkebile-Weinberg

My name is Mike. I'm a postdoctoral fellow in the Management Division at Columbia Business School.

My research examines how large-scale social issues like systemic bias and climate inaction emerge from the interactions between individuals and the environments they inhabit. My approach is interdisciplinary and multilevel, integrating insights across the social sciences to understand how these issues propagate and how we can mitigate them.
