I would like to give special thanks to IsmaelTheEpic for teaching me his ways of converting screenpacks. now, I can convert winmugen to 1.0, winmugen to 1.1 and 1.0 to 1.1 (I can also make 1.1 downgrade to 1.0 :D) as for converting winmugen plus to 1.0/1.1 that has yet to be done since there is a select screen issue to when you convert winmugen plus to any newer version of mugen. :/
