Manipulate electron spin and efficient detection of pure spin with nano/microscale device fabrication.  Understand about electron spin behavior on a specific system such as 2-dimensional LAO/STO interface, conducting STO surface. 


Tunable Magnetization switching

Observation of magnetization switching by spin orbit torque and/or interface effect at oxide based nano/micro scale devices. 


Electron transport and magnetic property
