I am a first year PhD student in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Berkeley and I am affiliated with the Berkeley AI Reseach (BAIR) lab. Broadly my research interests lie at the intersection of Machine Learning and Control Theory. I am currently being advised by Prof. Ben Recht.

In the summer of 2017 I graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering. At Princeton I worked with Prof. Amir Ali Ahmadi and Georgina Hall on optimization.

I took an academic hiatus in 2017-2019 and I joined Microsoft as a data scientist in the Commercial Software Engineering group.
