[Published Works]
I'm a bilingual educator [SP/EN] and published poet transitioning to Learning Experience Design after 20 years in K-12 STEM education. My work centers on creating culturally responsive, accessible learning experiences for multilingual and diaspora learners.
I've taught Biology, AP Biology, and STEM courses to diverse populations including, AP Biology, English Language Learners, refugee students, and Puerto Rican diaspora youth across New York, Puerto Rico, and North Carolina. My published poetry explores intersections of science, and social justice—directly informing my instructional design approach.
