Biography 

I'm Miguel Gonzalez, and I have extensive experience in retail and service. I'm known for my motivation and enthusiasm for my work.  I hand over to improve my skills. Right now I am currently employed as a Parts Coordinator at local company under the Brand CSS FARMS. when i worked at my prevouis employers it taught me a lot more than just providing customer service and managing merchandise, and it also taught me the skills needed to run the business. Over the time working in my position, we experienced one of the worst employee shortages of any business in town, I was one out of the employees and the only bilingual speaker in the establishment, and no manager nor assistant manager in the system, and this occurred during the holidays in mid to late December. With my knowledge of the business structure and my experience with computer systems, I offered to run it myself. At first, I did not look into managing a business. Still, after consideration, I finally convinced myself to give it a try. at first, I thought it was supposed to be temporary until we could get more employees. After a time, my intrests for running a Buisness/Deptartment grew. soon i decided that Buisness Management & Finance were in my interest range. I enjoy meeting customers as well as providing customer service. occupational safet has caught my interest ever since, and the idea of helping people and meeting new people every day. I enjoy interacting with new people. When I completed the MyPlan assignment, it provided quite a few qualities in management, such as Service Orientation and Critical Thinking as well as Complex Problem Solving. A Property manager can improve people's lives by solving problems and proving to them you care about them. I will like to continue helping people out when in need and finding solutions to the issues that occur at work. It puts a smile on my face, encourages me to do more to help the people around me, and encourages me to meet new people every day. I will finish my associate's degree at Frank Phillips. I will continue to pursue my Bachelors degree so that one day I can continue to improve the workplace and continue to grow within the industry. But what is Buisness Managment & Finance?  I have always had a strong interest in the industry. Also, I know that even though it is not easy, I will try to try my best of abilities to make a impact my community.
