Cardiff benefits from its close proximity to two international airports (Cardiff Airport and Bristol Airport).
Cardiff Airport is about 12 miles from the city centre, but it has a limited number of connections. From just outside Cardiff Airport, you can take the 304 bus service to Cardiff city center, which takes around 70 minutes. The nearest airport with connections to many European cities is Bristol Airport, located 48 miles from Cardiff. From just outside Bristol Airport, you can take coach services (National Express, Megabus or Flixbus) to Cardiff, which take around 1.5 hours. These services need to be booked online in advance. From Heathrow or Gatwick Airport, you can take the National Express coach from the airport's central bus station directly to Cardiff city centre, which takes about 3 hours from Heathrow and about 5 hours from Gatwick.
From Heathrow Airport, you can also get to Cardiff Central by train by traveling to London Paddington and then taking a train to Cardiff Central, which takes less than 2 hours. From Gatwick Airport, you can get to Cardiff Central by train via a change at Reading, taking around 3 hours.

PTC Building of Cardiff Business School is located within the Cathays Park Campus of Cardiff University.
The city center is a 20-30 minute walk to the workshop venue. Alternatively, you can take the train to Cathays train station (the university's station) from either Cardiff Central train station or Cardiff Queen Street station. Cathays train station is situated in the center of Cathays Park Campus, opposite the University Main Building and next to the Students’ Union. It provides easy access to the venue, which is a 5-10 minute walk.
