MIGOAPPS, LLC — PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: July 4, 2026
MigoApps, LLC ("MigoApps," "we," "us," or "our") makes mobile games and apps for Apple platforms, including Fifteen Puzzle. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our apps, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to this Policy.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or other directly identifying information to play our games.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Our apps are designed to work without collecting personal information directly from you. The information involved falls into these categories:
- Advertising identifier and advertising data. Our apps display ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and collect information about the ads you see and interact with. On iOS, access to the IDFA requires your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt (see Section 3).
- Approximate location. Our advertising provider may infer an approximate (coarse) location — for example, from your IP address — to serve relevant ads. We do not collect precise or GPS location.
- Usage and diagnostic data. Our advertising provider may collect limited information about how the app is used (such as app opens and taps) and diagnostic information (such as crash and performance data) to deliver ads and keep the app working.
- Analytics data (some apps only). Certain of our apps use Firebase Analytics and may collect app-usage events and a device or installation identifier (see Section 4). Apps that do not include analytics do not collect this information.
- Game progress. Your scores, statistics, achievements, experience points, and settings are stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled, this progress is synced through your personal Apple iCloud account so it is available on your other devices. This data stays within Apple's iCloud under your Apple ID; we cannot access it.
- Purchases. If you buy our optional one-time "Pro" upgrade, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We are told only whether you own the upgrade; we never receive or store your name, payment card, or billing details.
- Information you send us. If you contact us for support or feedback by email, we receive your email address and anything you include, which may contain basic diagnostics (app version, device model, iOS version) that our support link pre-fills to help us troubleshoot.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information above to: display and measure advertising; where applicable, understand app usage through analytics; process and restore your in-app purchase; sync and restore your game progress through iCloud; provide leaderboards and achievements through Game Center; respond to your support requests; and keep our apps working, secure, and improving.
3. ADVERTISING AND APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY
Our apps are free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob.
- iOS will ask whether you allow the app to track you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). If you ALLOW it, AdMob may use your advertising identifier (IDFA) to show more relevant, personalized ads and to measure them. If you DO NOT allow it, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
- You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device, where you can also limit ad tracking.
- To learn how Google uses data from apps that use its services, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543.
4. ANALYTICS (SOME APPS)
Some of our apps — but not all of them — use Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how players use the app based on aggregated and anonymized data so that we can improve it. Where it is used, Firebase Analytics may collect app-usage events and a device or installation identifier. Apps that do not include analytics do not collect this information. To learn how Google handles this data, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
5. APPLE SERVICES (iCLOUD, GAME CENTER, IN-APP PURCHASES)
Our apps use Apple services governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/):
- iCloud stores and syncs your game progress within your own Apple account.
- Game Center provides leaderboards and achievements linked to your Apple/Game Center account.
- In-App Purchases are processed by Apple.
We do not control, and cannot access, the personal data Apple handles through these services.
6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:
- With Google — to provide advertising (AdMob) and, in some apps, analytics (Firebase Analytics), as described above.
- With Apple — to provide iCloud sync, Game Center, and purchases.
- To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or MigoApps.
Some sharing for advertising purposes may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under certain U.S. privacy laws; see Section 9 for your choices.
7. DATA RETENTION
Advertising, analytics, usage, and diagnostic data collected by our providers is retained according to their policies (linked above). Game progress stays on your device and in your iCloud until you delete the app or reset your data; you can remove local data by deleting the app, and iCloud data through your device's iCloud settings.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our apps are intended for a general audience and are NOT directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because our apps show personalized advertising when permitted, they are not designed for the App Store Kids category. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at feedback.migoapps@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.
9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information.
- EEA/UK (GDPR): rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent (including your tracking choice). Our legal bases are your consent (for personalized ads/tracking and analytics) and our legitimate interests (to provide and improve free, ad-supported apps). You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise the advertising opt-out by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt or turning off tracking in your device settings. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Because we do not hold accounts, most data is controlled through your device (tracking settings, advertising identifier, and deleting the app). For any request, email us at feedback.migoapps@gmail.com and we will respond as required by law.
10. INTERNATIONAL USERS
We are based in the United States. If you use our apps from outside the U.S., information handled by our service providers may be processed in the U.S. or other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.
11. SECURITY
We rely on the security measures of Apple and Google for data handled through their services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our apps after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
