3. How are the insects packaged?

Our insects are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive alive and healthy. We use ventilated containers with proper bedding and food to sustain them during transit.

4. What shipping options are available?

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs: GOING OUT ON MONDAYS & WEDNESDAY ONLY

• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

• Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

6. How do you ensure live arrival?

We guarantee live arrival on all shipments. To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

• Be present at the first delivery attempt. 

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues.

• Provide a clear photo of the package and its contents.

7. What should I do if my order arrives with dead insects?

If your order arrives with dead insects, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a photo of the package and the insects. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our live arrival guarantee.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

10. How do I care for the insects once they arrive?

• Dubia Roaches: Keep them in a well-ventilated container with egg crates or cardboard for hiding. Provide a high-protein diet and fresh water.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
