This Privacy Policy applies to the MigraineLog app (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, developed by Individual Entrepreneur VALERI YURII MASLENNIKOV (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”). The Application is provided “AS IS” as a commercial service.
The Application allows you to log headache episodes (severity, pain locations, triggers, dates) and medication intake. All of this data is stored exclusively in a local database on your device. It is never transmitted to the Service Provider or to any third party. PDF reports generated from your data are created on your device and are shared only when and where you explicitly choose to share them.
With your permission, the Application collects the device's location (latitude and longitude) solely to provide localized weather information and weather-based headache risk scores. Coordinates are transmitted securely to the third-party weather service Open-Meteo (https://open-meteo.com) to retrieve the weather forecast for your area. The Service Provider does not operate its own servers and does not store your location data outside your device. Granting location access is optional; without it, weather features are simply unavailable, and the rest of the Application works normally.
Premium features are provided via auto-renewable subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account; the Service Provider never receives your name, payment card details, or App Store credentials. To manage subscription status, the Application uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), which processes a randomly generated anonymous app user identifier, purchase receipts, and transaction information (product, price, currency, purchase and expiration dates). Apart from the data described above, the Application does not collect, track, or store any additional personal or usage data. The Application contains no advertising and no analytics SDKs that profile you.
The Application utilizes the following third-party services, which may collect limited information as part of their operation:
Apple (App Store / StoreKit) — app distribution and payment processing. See the Apple Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat — subscription management, as described in Section 1.3. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Open-Meteo — weather data, as described in Section 1.2. See the Open-Meteo Terms & Privacy.
Expo — application infrastructure. See the Expo Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or as inherent to the operation of the third-party services integrated into the Application (Apple, RevenueCat, Open-Meteo, Expo), which process data as described in their respective privacy policies.
Your health and diary data remain on your device for as long as the Application is installed. Deleting the Application permanently deletes all locally stored data; the Service Provider has no copy and cannot recover it. Subscription-related data held by RevenueCat and Apple is retained according to their respective policies; you may contact the Service Provider at the email below to request assistance with deletion of subscription-related identifiers.
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. No data is knowingly collected from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data through the Application or its integrated third-party services, please contact the Service Provider or refer to the relevant third-party privacy policy for guidance.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the data processed by the Application. Health and diary data never leave your device; location data is transmitted to the weather service over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The use of third-party services (Apple, RevenueCat, Open-Meteo, Expo) is subject to their own security measures, described in their respective policies.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By using the Application, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of data as described in this Privacy Policy: the local storage of your diary data on your device, the transmission of your location data for the purpose of providing localized weather information (if you grant location access), and the processing of anonymous purchase data by Apple and RevenueCat for the purpose of providing premium subscriptions.
