Account Deletion for Midwifery Data Community (by Bruntz Creative)
This page describes how to request the deletion of your Midwifery Data Community account and associated data. This app is developed by Bruntz Creative.
How to Request Account Deletion:
You have two options to request account deletion:
Within the App: The simplest way is to delete your account directly within the Midwifery Data Community app. Go to User Settings and select the Delete Account option. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Via Email: If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to bruntzcreative@gmail.com. Please include the following information in your email:
Subject: Account Deletion Request - Midwifery Data Community
Registered Email Address: The email address you used to create your Midwifery Data Community account.
Request: Please clearly state that you would like your account and all associated data to be permanently deleted.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account:
When you request account deletion, the following will occur:
Data Deletion: We will permanently delete the following data associated with your account: Email Address; All data entered by you and stored by the application.
Data Retention: We may retain anonymized and aggregated data derived from your usage of the app for statistical analysis and to improve the Midwifery Data Community platform. This anonymized data will not be linked back to your individual account. Outside of this anonymized data, we do not retain any of your personal data after your account is deleted.
Important Considerations:
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account and data are deleted, it cannot be recovered.
If you have any a subscription linked to the account, these will need to be cancelled separately.
