Our Process

Introduction

Understanding what you want is the first step to a successful outcome.  Meet us in person to discuss the full scope of your project and answer any questions you may have.

Walk Through

Taking a look at your space helps us ensure the accuracy of our proposal and provides an additional opportunity to discuss our process and address questions.

Proposal

Using information from the walk-through, including measurements of your home, our proposal includes all costs including services and materials.

Schedule

After reviewing and accepting your proposal, a small deposit is required to secure a spot on our schedule.

Color Selection

Our experts will recommend products that work best for the surfaces selected. We recommend doing test patches to ensure your color selection meets your desired outcome.  We can also do color matching upon request.

Preparation

We ask that you clear the  work space of personal belongings and decorations.

We will clean and prepare all surfaces, making cosmetic repairs as needed and priming prior to finishing.

We will protect the rest of your home by draping and taping off the project area.  For best results, please keep clear of the project area until sign-off.

Finishing

Application of enamel, stain, top coating and other products is done by brushing, rolling or spraying.

Again, the project area will be draped and taped off to protect the rest of your home. Please keep clear of the project area until clean-up is complete.

Clean-Up, Sign-Off & Final Payment

Although we strive to keep the project area clean throughout the process, a final cleanup is included for all projects.

Upon completion, we will walk you through the project to ensure your satisfaction prior to collecting final payment.
