1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the recycling of gloves ("Gloves") in the State of Missouri ("State") by Mason Hull SGF LLC DBA Midwest Glove Recycling ("Company") and its customers ("Customer"). By participating in our glove recycling program, the Customer agrees to adhere to and be bound by these Terms.
2. Recycling Program Agreement
2.1 Participation: The Customer agrees to participate in the Company's glove recycling program ("Program") and to recycle Gloves in accordance with the Program's guidelines.
2.2 Acceptable Gloves: Only disposable gloves made of materials that are suitable for recycling, as specified by the Program, may be submitted for recycling.
2.3 Collection: The Company will provide collection bins or other suitable means for the Customer to deposit used Gloves.
3. Responsibilities
3.1 Glove Preparation: The Customer must ensure that Gloves are free from contaminants and properly prepared for recycling, as per the guidelines provided by the Company.
3.2 Collection: The Customer is responsible for maintaining the collection bins and ensuring that Gloves are deposited in the designated receptacles.
3.3 Frequency: The Customer must arrange for the collection of Gloves by the Company or its designated representatives as specified in the Program.
4. Costs
4.1 Fees: The Customer agrees to pay any fees or charges associated with the recycling service as specified by the Company.
4.2 Shipping Costs: If applicable, the Customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with transporting Gloves to the recycling facility.
5. Compliance with Laws
The Customer agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to the disposal and recycling of Gloves and other ppe waste.
6. Liability
The Company is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from the Customer's participation in the Program, except to the extent caused by the Company's negligence.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate their participation in the Program with written notice to the other party.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the recycling process.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will become effective upon posting on our website or notifying the Customer in writing.

By participating in the Program, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
