Midwest BBQ, Catering & More, LLC fired up in September 2020 with a passion for bringing real-deal, mouthwatering barbeque to gatherings of all sizes.

What started as a few backyard catering gigs has grown into a full-blown BBQ experience.  With the addition of our mobile food trailer, we now sling smoked meats and bold flavors all across a 100-mile radius-wherever the craving calls. 

We're proud to serve premium cuts of meat, hand-rubbed with signature spices, smoked low and slow, and paired with scratch-made sides and house sauces that pack a punch.  Every bite is crafted with natural ingredients and a whole lot of love (and maybe a little attitude).
