Civilian Sub-Divisions

The CAA has now taken up the role of being the in-game real-life counterpart to the FAA. The Civilian Aviation Authority Administration is a governmental agency responsible for operating airspace and civil airports (excluding Fort Zancudo) in San Andreas. The CAA is not a law enforcement agency. 

The Justice Department of San Andreas, as the public prosecutor action on behalf of the People, vigorously enforces the law, pursues the truth, and safeguards the rights of all to ensure that justice is done on behalf of those residing within our State. The Justice Department works diligently with all aspects of law enforcement to protect the innocent while convicting and appropriately punishing the guilty.
