The retreat flow from 2026 is below and may shift in 2027.
Planning for the 2027 retreat is underway. We are seeking hands and hearts to assist with the following subcommittees:
Hospitality: Coffee/Tea/Snack purchasing and managing snack service during the retreat, Decorating, Porters, Altar
Operations: Welcome, Guidance during retreat, Meal troubleshooting, Grace song leading
Bazaar: Assisting with booth set up and tear down
Marketing: Creative promotion including social media and direct contact with targeted groups.
Chair wranglers: Set-up and tear down of the space
Purchasing: Procuring snacks, refreshments and flowers prior to the event.
