Vision: Midtown Neighborhood Association is a walkable, socially and economically diverse neighborhood where the quality of life is rich for all ages. All people are welcomed and valued and are encouraged to engage in open communication and to participate in community events.
Mission: Midtown Neighborhood Association brings neighborhood residents together to get to know one another, create community and build upon existing assets, develop a collective voice to represent the desires of its membership, and collaborate with neighbors and other Oshkosh stakeholders to address issues and opportunities related to local quality of life.
