Important Notice

As you can imagine, many of the costs of the conference were already paid out before the cancellation due to covid -19, so it is not a simple case of refunding registration fees. We are of course sensitive to how many students put their hard-earned money towards registering for the conference. Before determining any course of action, all conference financial obligations need to be sorted out and finalized.

A conference of this sort is a non-profit endeavor, therefore all funds received are meant to pay conference expenses.
