Joshua August (Gus) Skorburg is Assistant Professor of Philosophy, Academic Co-Director of the Centre for Advancing Responsible and Ethical Artificial Intelligence (CARE-AI), and Faculty Affiliate at the One Health Institute at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. He is also Adjunct Professor in the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. His research spans topics in applied ethics and moral psychology.
Lin William Cong is a tenured Professor of Finance at the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He is also a Finance editor at the Management Science and Research Associate at the NBER. He co-founded the FinTech Initiative at Cornell and two international forums on AI and Big Data in Finance Research (ABFR) and Crypto and Blockchain Economics Research (CBER). A world-renowned leader in FinTech research, he has advised prominent blockchain startups and quant investing firms, and has been invited to consult for cryptocurrency litigation cases and initiatives at central banks, state departments, and regulatory agencies for better policy design and to fight against market manipulations and cybercrimes.
