Privacy Policy

MI Dirtbike Trails (WonderKidLabs) — Effective July 8, 2026

MI Dirtbike Trails ("the app") helps riders find Michigan dirtbike and off-road trails and share trail reports with other riders. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used. We collect only what the app's features need, and we never sell your data or show ads.

Information you provide

• Account: If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive a unique account identifier and, on first sign-in, the name you approve. Browsing trails does not require an account.

• Content you post: Trail reports, comments, likes, photos, and profile details you add (such as your profile photo and your bike's photo, make, model, and year). Posts, comments, photos, and your display name are visible to all users of the app.

Location

With your permission, the app uses your device's location to sort trails by distance and to search for trails near you. Your coordinates are sent to the Michigan DNR's public trail service solely to perform that search. Your location is not stored on our servers, is not attached to your posts, and is never shared with other users. If you decline location access, the app simply uses a default area in Michigan.

Where your data is stored

Account information and community content are stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage), operated by Google LLC on servers in the United States. Google acts as our service provider and processes this data on our behalf. See Firebase's privacy documentation at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

What we don't do

• No advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.

• No sale or rental of your personal information, ever.

• No access to your photo library beyond the photos you explicitly pick to attach.

Deleting your content and account

You can delete any of your own posts and comments directly in the app (long-press the post), and you can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab, which permanently removes your profile, posts, comments, likes, and photos. You can also contact us at the email below.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
