Mid-Hudson Athletic Center Info

The MAC's mission is to be the premier indoor volleyball facility in the Hudson Valley

and to promote the sport of volleyball for both juniors and adults

The Mid-Hudson Athletic Center, or MAC, is an indoor sports facility primarily geared

toward volleyball, though any sport that requires gym space can make use of the facility.

The MAC is located in Poughkeepsie, NY and officially opened in the spring of 2011. It is the only privately run indoor facility dedicated to volleyball in Dutchess County.

The dimensions of the MAC's gymnasium are 200 ft long by 60 ft wide with a ceiling height of 44 ft. It has sport court flooring and can support up to three volleyball courts.

The MAC is home to the APEX girls juniors volleyball organization and also holds its own adult volleyball leagues. The adult volleyball leagues are held 2 nights a week and consist of men's, women's, coed and reverse coed formats with multiple skill levels.
