TROPICON August 19th-21st (promotional-not official–pending event confirmation)
Sept 16-18th "Sayeth" Estonian house of Middle Island
Nov 4-6 Vedish Khal event 'Survive'- DPF 4H Camp in Calverton, main entrance and lodge area.
Dec: 17th Midwinter’s (OOG)
*10 day deadline for all PC actions- must stick to deadlines! Why? Updating PC characters, making Investigation, Legend Lore, Astrology Requests, Event Registration, etc and so on within that 10 day window just before a game REALLY messes us up.
At that time we are scrambling to finish plots/props and organize the event. Sometimes I'll spend 4 hours helping players update their characters, and only 1 hour writing. Its a serious issue.
UPDATE your PC characters WAAAAAY before the game.
Think you might want to play? Get a PC character on file, costs nothing and requires NO commitment to play, waaaaay in advance (yes, we WILL always accommodate new people even at the last minute, but yes it also hurts).
