Meetings
Welcome to the Association's Meeting Information page! Here's what you need to know about our gatherings:
Regular Meetings: We meet monthly, keeping our community connected. However, we take a break during July, August and hold one meeting at the beginning of December to enjoy the summer and holiday seasons.
Hosting: Our members take turns hosting these meetings, ensuring a fair rotation and a chance for everyone to showcase their hospitality.
Special Meetings: Need to discuss something urgent? Our officers can call special meetings as needed to address important matters promptly.
Annual Meeting: Mark your calendars for our big yearly gathering, held in either May or June—a perfect time to reflect and plan ahead.
Voting: Decisions are made democratically with a simple majority vote from those present, keeping things straightforward and inclusive.
Quorum: To keep our meetings official, we require a minimum of three members present—small but mighty!
