1. Terms and Conditions

1. Midaas Events provides birthday party planning services including décor, entertainment (magicians, hosts, tattoo artists), game stalls, and DIY activity setups. Venue booking is not included unless specified.
   
   

2. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% token advance payment. Balance payment is due before or on the event day. Token advance is non-refundable but adjustable to future bookings if rescheduled at least 7 days in advance.
   
   

3. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may use the token payment as credit for future bookings. Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in forfeiture of the token advance.
   
   

4. Clients must ensure venue access at least 2–3 hours before the event for décor setup. Permissions required from societies or halls are the client’s responsibility.
   
   

5. Vendor substitutions (artists, props) may occur but will not affect overall service quality.
   
   

6. Midaas Events is not liable for accidents, damages, or injuries during the event caused by guests or third parties.
   
   

7. Décor materials remain property of Midaas Events unless purchased separately.
   
   

8. Event photos/videos may be used for marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
   
   

9. Prices and package details may change without notice (except for confirmed bookings).
   
   

10. All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
    
    

2. Refund Policy

• Token advance (30%) is non-refundable but can be adjusted to future bookings if rescheduled at least 7 days before the event.
  
  

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in forfeiture of the token advance.
  
  

• If Midaas Events cancels an event due to unavoidable circumstances, a 100% refund of the token advance will be issued within 7 business days.
  
  

3. Privacy Policy

• We collect basic personal information (name, phone, address, event details) solely for delivering our services.
  
  

• Your data is not sold or shared with third parties except vendors directly involved in your event.
  
  

• Payment information is securely handled via trusted gateways like Razorpay.
