6. Participants can register without submitting the abstracts

7. Registration includes a registration Kit, participation in the presentations and discussions, and Lunch, Snacks, and Dinner. Accommodation fees isn't included.

8. Registered delegates and students seeking accommodation can be arranged on a first come first serve basis. 

9. Please contact: midcon2k25@gmail.com by 5th August and pay for your accommodation as per actuals at the Visitor's Hostel (Guest House) during check-out.

10. Since all the transactions are made to office of outreach activities, IIT Kanpur. 

11. All the delegates/participants need to put "Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur" in the educational institutions and select payment category as "Outreach Activities (OOA)"
