You will receive valuable insights into your menstrual cycle through access to an at-home urine analyser, and the paired cycle tracking application. Additionally, by contributing to this study, you will help advance scientific knowledge about the menstrual cycle and vaginal microbiome.
Yes! If you have an irregular cycle, the research team will monitor your hormone levels via the Mira, and if your first and second cycle look different, we will ask you to continue monitoring for a third cycle.
Yes! We can organise a meeting and get you set up with the materials you need to participate, and when you are back from your holiday you can start sampling!
We don't recommend sampling when you are away from home as you will need access to a freezer for sample storage.
This is unfortunately out of the scope of our study since we know that perimenopause/menopause impacts the vaginal microbiome.

We take your privacy seriously. All data collected will be anonymized and used solely for research purposes once the hormone tracking period is over. Personal information will be kept confidential and securely stored.
