Microsoft Teams is an application focused primarily on business communication and collaboration. It allows work teams to chat, conduct video conferences, and collaborate in real time. It is a very useful software for improving productivity within a business environment.

Microsoft Teams gives us access to a kind of virtual control center that unifies all our necessary tools for work. Within this "desktop", you can add access to the Office suite applications that you use the most (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

And as we said at the beginning, the goal of Teams is to enhance our productivity. Microsoft's application is designed to hold online meetings at any time and without missing anything. In fact, it also allows organizing conferences and webinars with up to 1,000 attendees (and even broadcasts for 10,000 attendees).

Good communication is key to improving workflow, and that is the highest priority for Microsoft's application. When participating in an online meeting, Teams provides us with a complete chat panel. From there, we can add comments, suggestions, share links, and send all kinds of multimedia files.

The most important thing for a team is to have good communication and for everyone to be able to collaborate easily. Simultaneously editing document content, saving in the cloud, or contributing ideas in the Whiteboard application are other actions that Microsoft Teams also allows us to do.

In addition to the Office suite, Microsoft Teams can also integrate other third-party applications, bots, and even automate workflows automatically. Currently, there are more than 700 available applications to simplify our tasks. But what if you can't find the application you need? Don't worry: you can build one yourself and add it to Teams.

Similar to Skype, Microsoft's program offers a subscription system that enables calls between Teams applications. To use it, we will have to subscribe to their phone plan, which provides us with a phone number capable of making and receiving calls. It is important to mention that this is not included in the Microsoft 365 subscription and you will have to pay for it separately.

Microsoft Teams is undoubtedly one of the best platforms for managing remote work teams. Making presentations, holding large meetings, supervising projects... everything you need is at your fingertips thanks to Teams.

Health Hero is integrated with many popular fitness apps out there so that everyone can use it to improve their health. With these sorts of features, Typeform is the perfect fit for Microsoft Teams and its collaboration and communication capabilities.
