Making OData and other connections to SharePoint is easy, but I received an advanced query written in html from someone that pulls data from different locations and combines it. I am trying to figure out how this is used or imported into PBI.

The latest versions of MicroStation V8i now scan for the Prerequisites during installation. There is a possibility that the DHTML software did not install properly during the main MicroStation installation. You could try re-installing the DhtmlEd.msi that is in the software extraction folder.
