User-Generated Content & Interactions: Your watch history, liked dramas, playlist configurations, favorite series, and any comments, reviews, or interaction feedback you save within the app.
Customer Support: Details you explicitly provide when contacting our support or technical teams (such as feedback text, screenshots, or bug reports).
B. Information Collected Automatically (Device & Log Data)
To ensure service security, stable playback, and standard operations, we collect:
Device Details: Device model, operating system type, version, language settings, and application crash/performance logs.
App Usage Records: Software usage records, click data, playback operation logs, buffering metrics, and episode interaction history.
Identifiers: Unique device identifiers required for advertising and attribution, specifically the Google Advertising ID (GAID).
Compliance Note: In strict accordance with Google Play policies, we do not access sensitive hardware identifiers like hardware MAC addresses, IMEI, or SIM card IMSI numbers on Android devices.

To enable standard application features, MicroPlay may request certain access permissions on your mobile device. You will be prompted with an explicit consent dialogue before these permissions are activated:
Storage / Media Access (Optional): With your consent, we access local storage enabling you to cache, download, and save video content for seamless offline or low-connectivity viewing.
Network State & Internet: Required to identify network environments (Wi-Fi vs. Cellular) to optimize data consumption and stream content safely.
Advertising ID Access: Used to provide personalized recommendations, measure product applicability, identify system irregularities, and safeguard network security.
Managing Permissions: Most mobile devices allow you to revoke or adjust these permissions at any time through system settings. Once revoked, our collection of that specific data will cease immediately; however, any data processed prior to revocation remains bound by your initial authorization.
4. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Information
A. Sharing with Trusted Third Parties

We retain your personal information only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as dictated by legal regulatory agencies.
Your Deletion Rights
In full alignment with Google Play’s User Data Policy, we provide seamless mechanisms for you to control your data and request account termination:
In-App Account Deletion: You can initiate permanent account deletion directly within the application by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
Email-Based Request Deletion: If you have already uninstalled the app, cannot access your account, or prefer manual assistance, you can submit a formal account and data deletion request by emailing us directly at beimartrespa544@gmail.com. Please include your registered email address or User ID (UID) so we can locate your profile.
Upon termination or verification of an email deletion request, we will permanently delete or fully anonymize your personal details, watch histories, and transaction logs within 30 days, unless retention is mandated by prevailing financial or legal compliance statutes.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or 16 in specified jurisdictions like the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover a minor has provided us with data without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to remove such details from our active servers.
