Welcome to Microphone Bluetooth | Speaker! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of the App

Microphone Bluetooth | Speaker enables users to:

• Use their mobile device as a microphone via Bluetooth.

• Record audio and save it locally.

• Apply voice filters to recordings.

The App’s functionality is subject to updates, modifications, and discontinuation at our sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Not use the App for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes, including harassment, defamation, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data created through the App.

4. Permissions and Access

To provide core functionality, the App may require certain device permissions:

• Microphone Access: To capture and process audio.

• Bluetooth Access: To connect your device with external speakers or other devices.

• Storage Access: To save audio recordings on your device.

You can manage or revoke these permissions via your device settings. Some features may not function without the necessary permissions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App’s code or functionality.

• Use the App to record or share private conversations without consent, in violation of applicable privacy laws.

• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful software into the App.

• Exploit or misuse the App’s features to harm others or disrupt services.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, and content, belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

• Data loss, unauthorized access, or breaches resulting from your use of the App.

• Malfunctions, errors, or interruptions in the App’s performance.

Your use of the App is at your sole risk, and the App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvian. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Latvia.
