I just want to record some gameplay, and there is no application on android that can record internal sound so i pluged my phone to the computer with a 3.5 mm audio cable and it works fine. The iRig mic is a great and affordable microphone for iPhone, iPod Touch, Android smartphone and iPad sound recording. There are definitely times when this is not the right mic, but I'll probably be using this mic for interviews and podcast recordings for some time (at least until the cable breaks!).

Unfortunately, I haven't found a solution like that; instead, you'll need to buy two lavaliere microphones, and you might be able to use a y-adapter to get them into the mac. But definitely test everything a lot before recording another interview...

For large groups, two microphones are almost an absolute must, and using an X/Y configuration (where the microphones point towards each other forming a 90 angle) is typically the best for a good stereo sound.

I got the same issue before. And I solved. The mic is controlled by other apps during your call. Just deny apps having permissions to use microphone and phone.Go to settings-apps-all apps-tap each app, check it's permissions and deny microphone and phone.Ofcourse don't deny for apps like whatsapp, skype etc.
