Constitutive Judicial Law
Since nowadays, there is an institutional need to incorporate to the organization "Micronations United for Progress" a competent judicial system to promote an internal independence in the world of micronations, the intermicronational law department of Catryus' Government made the proposal of implementation of the Constitutive Judicial Law. This law promotes the creation of a Court of Intermicronational Crimes, the incorporation of a Penal Code, the imposition of Intermicronacional Laws, the entry into force of Intermicronacionales Judgments, the integration of the Micronations’ Lawyer and the foundation of the Court of Judicial Resources.
Law ADMINISTRATIVE INDEPENDENCE, DEMOCRATIC HEALTH, JUDICIAL TRANSPARENCY, AND WAR CRIMES
Given the existence of a slight fear of the possible monopoly of power inside and outside the organization, the Ministry of Justice of Catryus proposes the implementation of this law, whose function is to guarantee an independence within the administrative scope, to ensure a good democratic health, promote the separation of powers in the internal structure of the organization and the respective governments of its members and prevent any micronation from encompassing all its power, thus giving the institutions the greatest possible judicial and institutional transparency, as well as punishing any attitude warmonger that could have.
