We invite submissions to the 2026 Microeconomic Theory Workshop, which will take place in Montevideo, Uruguay, on June 25–26, 2026. This regional workshop aims to bring together researchers working on all aspects of microeconomic theory, including but not limited to:
Game theory and mechanism design
Information economics
Keynote lectures:
Dirk Bergemann (Yale) and Stephen Morris (MIT).
Authors are invited to submit full papers (preferred) or extended abstracts through email at micro.theory.workshop@gmail.com
Deadline for submission: December 15, 2026
Notification of acceptance: January 31, 2026
Submissions will be reviewed by the program committee. Preference will be given to completed research papers that offer novel theoretical insights. We particularly encourage submissions from early-career researchers and scholars based in and from Latin America.
