The European Union’s 2021 uniquely combined ‘Green Deal’, Farm to Fork Strategy, amended Aarhus Regulation, Fit For 55 plan and new Common Agricultural Policy reform beg the question why very low- or no-risk natural plant protection alternatives have difficulty to access and stay in the EU market. Even China is doing better. Already in the preamble of Reg (EC) 1107/2009 biological/microbial PPPs are prioritised.
