Introduction
Hudson Sound, LLC ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This
Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the MicList mobile application (the
"App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect
1. Display Names
We collect the display name you choose to use within the app. Display names identify you in chat messages and scene
collaboration. You may change your display name at any time in the app settings.
2. Sign in with Apple
If you choose to create scenes as a MicList Pro subscriber, you will be asked to sign in with your Apple ID using
Sign in with Apple. We receive a unique user identifier from Apple to associate your account with your scenes across
devices. We do not receive your real email address unless you choose to share it. Apple may provide a private relay
email address at your discretion. We use this identifier solely to maintain your scene ownership and sync your
subscription status across your devices.
3. Subscription Information
If you subscribe to MicList Pro, we process your subscription through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store
your payment information directly. Apple handles all billing. We store a subscription status indicator in your scene
data to enable or restrict editing access for collaborators in real time. Subscriptions automatically renew unless
cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription
in your Apple ID settings.
4. Scene Data
We collect microphone assignments, frequency data, cast assignments, and notes created within scenes. Scene data is
shared with other users who are part of the same scene.
5. Chat Messages
Chat messages sent within scenes are collected and shared with other users in the same scene. Messages are stored to
maintain conversation history.
6. iCloud Data
With your permission, the App uses iCloud (via CloudKit) to sync your recent scenes, frequency lists, and cast lists
across your Apple devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us. You can
disable iCloud sync at any time in your device's iCloud settings.
7. Technical & Usage Information
We use Google Firebase services, which may collect technical data such as device type and operating system, app
version, and crash reports and usage analytics.

How We Use Your Information
1. Collaboration & Communication
To enable real-time collaboration and communication between users within scenes. To identify users in chat and update
scene data in real-time.
2. Account & Subscription Management
To associate your scenes with your Apple ID so they remain accessible across devices and reinstalls. To verify and
maintain your MicList Pro subscription status and enforce scene editing permissions accordingly.
3. App Functionality
To provide and improve core features such as microphone tracking and synchronization. To support offline
functionality and restore data upon reconnection.
4. Analytics & Performance
To understand usage patterns and improve app reliability and performance. Firebase Analytics may be used in an
anonymized fashion.

Legal Basis for Processing (EU Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data under the following legal
bases: your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests including improving app performance, and
compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing of Information
1. Within Scenes
Scene data, chat messages, and display names are visible to other users within the same scene. Deleting a scene
removes this data for all participants.
2. Sign in with Apple
Authentication is handled by Apple. We receive only the information described above. Apple's privacy practices are
governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Firebase (by Google) for real-time data synchronization and storage. Firebase may store and process your data
on servers located in the United States or other countries. Please refer to Firebase's Privacy Policy for more
information.
4. No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Data Security
All data is transmitted securely via HTTPS. Firebase provides industry-standard security protocols for data storage.
Access to scenes is managed via unique scene codes. iCloud data is protected by Apple's security infrastructure and
your Apple ID credentials.

Data Retention
Scene data and chat messages are retained for as long as the scene exists. You can delete scenes at any time, which
removes all associated data. Your Apple ID identifier is retained for as long as you have an active MicList Pro
subscription or own scenes within the app. We do not retain data beyond its functional use.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights including access, correction, deletion, objection,
portability, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, please contact us using the information below.

Children's Privacy
MicList is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from

International Data Transfers
If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and
processed in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted in the App and indicated with a new "Last
Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
