Open A Management Support Ticket to claim any purchases you bought from our Shop. Please note, if you do not open a ticket within 24h of your purchase, it will be voided & and you'll not refunded. Lying about a purchase, will result into serious moderation.

Donations & Premium
All donations are gladly appreciated & used towards giveaways, liveries, uniforms, etc. You do receive the donator role if you do choose to donate, a custom role & GIF/Attachment perms. We do not give another custom role to you if you do choose to donate again. Premium is a special role that can be bought; it is similar to donation perks, but the name is different, you get GIF/Attachment perms, & you're simply cooler than others. You also can get a custom role. So, if you already donated and got your custom role from that, this is an option to get a 2nd custom role. 

Paid Advertisements & Sponsor Giveaways
This option is where you can purchase a ping for the server that you own or represent for! We have 3 options, this includes a No ping option, it's pretty straight forward we'll post your advertisement, but you will not receive a ping. We have a Here option, where we just ping @here and a here ping simply just pings everyone that is online at that time the advertisement is posted. Our last option is our everyone ping option, again pretty straight forward we just ping everyone when posting your advertisement. We do also do sponsor giveaways but keep in mind you have to purchase the ping & pay the person that wins the giveaway. If you have any questions regarding sponsor giveaways, open a management ticket.
