Introduction

Hello everyone, my name is Michelle Garza, the founder and owner of Michelle's Lovely Creations.  A little about myself, for the past two months, I’ve been pouring my heart into crafting pieces that reflect beauty, emotion, and personal meaning. I’m a proud mom to my amazing daughter Clarissa, and I’m blessed to be called “MeMo” by my sweet 4-year-old granddaughter, Autumn. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband Jason for three years, and together for six. We’re not perfect—but we are a family rooted in love, joy, prayer, and faith.

The reason I started Michelle's Lovely Creations is this:  Michelle’s Lovely Creations was born from a deeply personal journey. In October 2024, I underwent epidural injections for back pain. That night, everything changed. I began experiencing severe pain, numbness, and other symptoms that disrupted my ability to walk, speak, and function. I spent months in hospitals and rehab, trying to regain strength and clarity. Despite setbacks, unanswered questions, and the loss of income, I held onto hope.

Through it all, I found healing in creativity. I began making art not just to pass time—but to reclaim my voice. Each piece I create carries a part of my story, and I share it with you not for sympathy, but to show you the heart behind this brand. I am real. I am sincere. I am proud of the woman I’ve become and the journey that shaped me.

 I used to work in the corporate world of finance, where I developed many skills and attributes.  I spent years navigating the high-stakes corridors of the corporate finance world at JPMorgan Chase, where I honed skills in strategic thinking, precision, and resiliency. From managing complex portfolios, to leading teams as a Peer Coach and a special project.   I learned how to see patterns in chaos and make decisions with clarity in the fraud department and the special project.

But beneath the spreadsheets and presentations, there was always a creative pulse—an urge to express, to build, to imagine beyond the numbers and chaos of it all.  That pulse grew louder until I chose to pivot, bringing the discipline of finance into the fluid realm of creation.

Today, I channel my analytical mind and corporate experience into work that’s both structured and soulful. Whether I’m crafting visual art, writing, or building or creating, I draw on the lessons of my past to shape a more intentional, expressive future.
