I am a postdoctoral researcher at RFBerlin and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. My research interests lie in applied microeconomics with a particular focus on migration, networks, and unemployment insurance (UI) systems. I specialized in administrative employer-employee linked data for Germany and Spain. In my current work, I apply quasi-experimental research designs to study the causal effects of former workplace contacts on migration decisions. I obtained my PhD in Economics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the Berlin School of Economics (BSoE) in March 2025.
