sheCommerce Project
Since 2023, I have been a mentor in the sheCommerce project, an initiave aimed at addressing gender disparities in commerce-related undergraduate programs by gaining interest among female high school students in studying the Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne.
I have designed and delivered workshops to more than 500 young women.
My workshops tackle common misconceptions about economics and its career paths and help girls discover how economists use theory, causal identification, and data to address real-world problems. My goal is to inspire students to see economics as a powerful tool for improving people’s lives.
