I am Michelle Paquin.
I am a Veterinary Assistant at Portsmouth Veterinary Clinic. I have been interning at the Wildlife Rehabilitators Association of Rhode Island and have continued to volunteer after my internship ended. I am a recent graduate from Bristol Community College. I have received my Associate's Degree in Applied Science. I am ambitiously working towards becoming a Certified Veterinary Technician.
I currently have two cats and two dogs of my own. I enjoy horseback riding and walking nature trails with my camera as hobbies. I love camping, I hope to go camping in every state.
My short-term goals are to continue volunteering at WRARI and continue to hone the skills I have learned at Bristol Community College. My long-term goals are to continue my education in a certified Veterinary Technician program and pass the VTNE.
I thrive in a small clinic environment because I enjoy the close-knit relationships that blossom between clients and veterinary healthcare professionals.
"For the love and welfare of animals"

In January, I began interning at WRARI.
I have experienced tube feeding different species, handling various species, handfed raptors, formulated and administered all kinds of medications.
