Hey there! Michelle Marquez here. Since I’ve always found my way around numbers, I decided to take up accounting in college. I’m currently attending UCLA, and the plan is to take up the licensure exam after graduation. I’ve always enjoyed giving my family and friends advice when it comes to money matters, and a career in finance and accounting will allow me to continue doing that. When people fail to file their taxes correctly or mismanage their funds, things can get very difficult for them. The services of a public accountant are needed by both companies and private individuals who want to better manage their finances and dream of a financially-secured future.

Of course, becoming a Certified Public Accountant holds promise as well regarding career advancement and job security, things that I look forward to once I made my mark in the field.
