People nowadays think that seeking advice from experts is so outdated. When people search for a restaurant they choose to search online reviews that maybe 20% of all of the reviews are fake. Rather than going to exprets people like to take advice from peer groups, online friends, basically people they like or know. Celebrity Influence People, people really like to follow their favorite celebrity. People also like to take advice or information from their favorite celebrity. People started to believe information that sometimes may be incorrect, but since they heard it from their favorite celebrities they agree on it.

People still search for experts. There are a range of experts that are used in some situations. For example doctors people still search for doctors when they are sick. Doctors are experts in the medical part. Some people believe experts should have this characteristic: Expertise, integrity and benelove. The meaning is expert is not only about they know everything in that particular part. They also need to have people Trust. Every characteristic of an expert has become ratings for people, experts should understand that people are not usual with words or acronyms that they use. Experts need to really be careful with the language they choose.

From my point of view as someone who lives in a technology era it is not really necessary to go to experts. What I meant is if it is a big problem or a fast decision then you need to go to an expert. if it is as simple as searching for a restaurant recommendation why you need expert. The Internet is not free, you still need to pay for Wi-Fi and data but is cheaper than going to an expert.

We are talking about a life decision. People have different points of view. Going to an expert is not wrong, especially if you are not the type of person that likes to discuss things to family and friends. Family and friends there are emotional touches that you may or may not like. With experts they are professional and give all the knowledge and experience they have. With group discussion and family or friends they give experience and what they read in Google, not only that they also share about what is their opinion, sometimes we may not like it. With a family or a group of friends are totally free with an expert you should pay. Imagine you want to seek a job that suits your personality with your requirements. You are thinking of getting an expert and you need to pay for them in order to get their service.

For me I personally love and care for my family and friends, but going to experts for things like my life decisions I like or choose to go to experts. not because I don't love my family but because sometimes emotional touches or their opinion don't suit me.

There are many challenges when you live with chimpanzees. Sometimes they can be so harmful with new people. Chimpanzees will not always hurt you, sometimes they only want to play with you. Chimpanzees are animals so it's hard to teach them how to do things.

But chimpanzees are so smart, We can teach them to do things. There are so many things we can learn from them. Including if we teach them normal human routines they will be able to follow it, and do it very well. Chimpanzees are all so kind and lovable animals.

I have mentioned before that chimpanzees are able to do things like humans. Imagine when you teach them the things that normal humans do, in the right way it will shorten your time. Because you don't need to spend a lot of effort and time to take care of them. Working with chimpanzees is valuable because it is a wonderful experience to teach and watch them grow.

In the future I want people to be more open to animal-like chimpanzees as pets . People often to think chimpanzees as a wild and harm animal, but actually chimpanzees is also a kind and lovable animal.

Today was Saturday, so I spent almost all my time at home with my parents. During times like this my parents like to tell a story about their past. The struggle they had as a kid came from a poor family or how did they meet. It's already 10 p.m. After all the discussion they asked me to go to sleep.

“Good night Mom, good night Dad” I greeted my parents good night before I went to sleep.

“Goodnight sweetheart” they answer

I woke up this morning at 7 p.m. Because it is Sunday I usually wake up faster. As usual I greeted my mom, gave her a kiss on the cheek and had my breakfast. I didn't see my dad in the kitchen, so I thought he was in his garage.

After I had my breakfast I went upstairs, back to my room. Usually if there are free times like these I like to write poems. I ran out of my book. I went to my parents' room to search for a piece of paper. While searching in the drawers I encountered a poem book. It's my dad's poem book. It looks so old the papers are turning yellow. I read the first poem in that book

“opening the door of all the crimes you committed”

What is the sentence's meaning? I close my eyes and cause heachaches when I open it. I don't know where I am.

Where am I? I am confused by my surroundings; everything seems foreign to me. A typewriter was in front of me with a can of beer. Wait a minute, before I closed my eyes I was just a 16 year old girl. Now I'm a grown woman drinking a can of beer. I'm really confused now, what should I do?

Suddenly someone came in. I wanted to look closely and I realized That was my mom when she was young. This could not be the present. Why is she here and why am I here? She approached me.

“Is the story I ordered finished?” she asked

I'm confused and my answer is just "huh?" I saw beside the typewriter there were two pieces of paper. It seems the content of the paper is a story entitled "Man with lies"

Mama immediately left my house. Suddenly a fast car came and hit my mom. I watched everything in front of my eyes. I shouted. Wait a minute where everyone I just realized there is only my house in this area.

I hid. I saw that it was my father who hit my mother. It seems my dad heard my shout. He walked to me and punched me.

“AAAAAAA” I woke up from my bed. Oh my god what a scary dream.

Photography is technology everybody knows. Technology has affected the history of photography , and there is the smartphone. Smartphones are simply a thing to help communication. So, smartphones are not for photography. It is a device for communication.

In the very First-placed smartphone was created for helping people to communicate. It is a device for communication. Technology affected history, and it is upgrading. Where smartphones, like I say when it was only a device of communication, now can do photography. It is like a smartphone or who has created smartphones have forgotten the true meaning of smartphones.

In my opinion, smartphones are communication tools but also help for photography. It stated there that technology affected history. That means technology keeps on upgrading every single day, every single month, every single year. And anything could happen before there is technology communication tools are letters or even in ancient they use birds . Than, technology came and make smartphone. There is nothing wrong about technology growing up. The same work with the smartphone is growing up and upgrading. It is used for communication in the first place now you can do both photography and communication.

In conclusion, normal people like us cannot stop technology from continuing. Even if we have the authority to end technology other people will not accept it. Technology has affected the history of photography, in a good way. People can access the photography world easily. Before they needed to buy a camera which is expensive now they only need their phone. Even if smartphones nowadays have a little bit of photography, there is nothing wrong with it. With or without a camera and photography smartphone is still tool to communicate with other people.

But Indonesia is extremely prone to natural disasters including earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, and volcanic eruptions. We cannot deny that Indonesia has many poor people, unstable political life, and unequal distribution of natural resources. Inequities in natural resources that drive the growth rate of children in Indonesia are hampered due to malnutrition.

14% of school-age children are out of school due to parents not being able to afford tuition. Imagine the future of these children that they should have but can't because of economic limitations. 36% of children in Indonesia suffer from stunting due to malnutrition. As a result of the uneven distribution of natural resources, these innocent children are affected.

Future Children is created to help meet the needs of these unfortunate children. The purpose of establishing Future Children is to shape a generation of children who are nutritious and educated. As of today Future Children has supported 11438 parents to provide for their children's basic needs, gave 9132 children vital nourishment, Supported 30,822 children in times of crisis, and provided over 50822 children's educations.

As a human being, hearing things like this makes me sad. But in this letter I, as the owner of Future Children, want to invite all of you brothers and sisters to donate and help deficient children through Future Children. Around may 2021 I was informed by my dad's sister that her oldest daughter is getting married in the first week of June. Going there is a big dilemma since it is pandemic and the company has a really strict rule for it. My family is quite close with her family so it will be really sad if we don't come. My dad is trying his best to get permission. I know how much my dad loves his family.

My family went for a drive on the 4 of June using a car. The road is pretty rough since this road is often passed by big vehicles. It was a tiring 8 hours trip. I arrived around 8.45 p.m at night. I was welcomed although since it is only a couple of days before the wedding, I was welcomed, so people are busy. The experience after a whole year of staying at Kerinci feels really good.

On the next day, we don't do anything exciting. The thing we did together that day was eating breakfast together. The rest of the day all I did was resting our bodies since I just arrived last night. My family was excited when I finally met with my family.

On 6 June today, my cousin is getting married. At three in the morning, people started to come. I could see people all around the house walking and passing. It was a noisy and busy morning. Around 8:50 a.m. everything is set and the whole family is waiting for the groom to come. When the groom came, they did some traditional kind of event before going to church. The tradition is in Bataknese and I don't understand a single word.

After the wedding ceremony in the church. All of the people including my big family went directly to the reserved building to celebrate the wedding. Since the groom is a Bataknese, all of the tradition was done in a Batak way. Exciting and tiring however it is still in the pandemic the celebration needs to be done as fast as possible, around 5 o’clock we all get ready to go home. I guess a Bataknese wedding is not as busy as a Karonese wedding. It is far simpler. Still sometimes in different places different ways of celebration. It is nice to see a Bataknese wedding. I learned how important family and tradition are.

The next day my family and I decided to head home. And we arrived safely.

On 8 March 2020 World celebrates International women's day. There are a lot of strong women out there including my grandma and my sister. Women are called strong for a reason. Moms give their lives for my child to live. That's why women are honored and loved. I believe women are strong and I am proud to have a woman besides me standing as my mom.

On Monday 9th March 2020 in English time we made a card for our mom. Miss Rose provided cups and paper for us to make the best card for our mom. We write an acrostic poem for the card. My mom has four letters in her name S-U-S-I. S stands for super mom, U stands for unique person, second S stands for sweet mom and I stands for inspiring women.

Miss Rose also provided as a cop to put our card inside. My classmate and I go to the art room to decorate our cup using paint and couples of art stuff in the body of the cup. I put one side dark, one side no color then I put Moon and Sun. Across the cup, I put lines of love to show that my mom never stopped loving day and night. I especially put the line red the meaning is love is red and blood is red blood is a symbol of life. As if my mom giving her whole life for her children.

After Miss Rose finished checking we brought it home and gave it to our moms. I put it on the top of the laptop that my mom always shoes. When I got out she finally realized the funny part is she didn't know what to do with it. I asked her to open the cup. When she reads it she smiles and says thank you. I am happy to see her smiling. At least now I have something to say thank you to my mom. I am proud to see her smile is like getting first place for winning a game.

Making a card like this helps me to say thank you to my mom. Because I'm not the person that is easy to say thank you or saying I love you to my mom. Sometimes it is just too awkward to say thank you to mom. I usually end up crying saying something sweet to my mom. Making cards to show expression really helps.

My hope is on the next International women's day I could do something like this again and we all can celebrate International women's day at school. I really hope I could make something like this again. I think people need to really remember International day because this is so important. To honor every girl women including our mom. Every woman deserves a big hugs and congratulation during women's day. Every woman is strong and women are valuable. Cheers to every single woman and girls in this whole weird world.

Michelle: When the pandemic starts what grade level are you on?

Rezkita: I was in 8th grade when the pandemic started.

Michelle: Now what grade are you on now?

Rezkita: I'm now in grade 10 in the social stream.

Michelle: Throwing back, you were in grade 8 when the pandemic started and now you are in grade 10. Do you have problems with adjusting yourself?

Rezkita: I feel like time flies so fast. I was in 8th grade when the pandemic started and now I'm in 10th grade. As a new senior high school student with a new teacher, new friends, and new environment I had to adapt to them. I felt shy and awkward when I first talked to my new teacher and made new friends. Some new teachers behave differently from those I knew in junior high school, in addition to their different characteristics and ways of addressing me. However, I have recently started to speak to them and begin to make new friends. As well as the lessons, senior high school lessons are getting more detailed and challenging. I was a little stressed at first, but now I can handle them.

Michelle: When you were asked, do you prefer Learning online or learning face to face? Which one do you prefer? Why?

Rezkita: I prefer learning face to face because It's easier to socialize with my classmates or teachers in person instead of online. I get to see my friends every day, which is one of the things I love about going to school. It is also easier for me to concentrate because there will be less distraction than if you were at home. And, I understand better face to face because the teacher's voice is clearly audible. Nevertheless, it is very unfortunate that situations like this all but force online learning.

Michelle: Do you think online learning is effective? Why?

Rezkita: The reality of today's situation is that online learning is an effective method for continuing the learning. Online learning is not time consuming, and the time it takes is shorter. Additionally, I think this online class is flexible, where teachers and students can set their own learning pace. And without realizing it, online learning can also increase technology skills. In my learning process, I have learned many new applications and used some unknown platforms. But still online learning has its own cons. Example : a bad internet connection affects the learning process. Also, students are sometimes distracted by their phone and it is even worse when students cheat on online exams. In order to be effective online learning, students must be proactive,honest and communicative (example chat the teacher when there is an Internet problem).

Michelle: During online class how is your grade/ score doing? Is it going up or below? Are you satisfied with the score you get?

Rezkita: Even though I do most of my online learning, I did see a slight improvement in my grades especially in certain subjects, but this has nothing to do with my seriousness and passion for learning. Since I considered my efforts to pay off, I was satisfied with my grades/score. But, I will continue to take my studies seriously and try to maintain or improve my grades.

Michelle: Since pandemic students are forced to use the online platforms to study. As a student, you have already used the

online platform since grade 8. What is the biggest struggle you experience?

Rezkita: One of the biggest problems I've ever faced was when a bad connection prevented me from being able to attend online classes, lesson websites can't be accessed and assignments can't be uploaded. I sometimes have an error in the application that I use and it doesn't respond. Finally, what happens most often is that my laptop suddenly lags so that sometimes I cannot do anything about it. Usually, I will try to contact the teacher while trying to fix the problem

Michelle: During pandemic students intend to have mental health problems. Who do you think gave the most support during the pandemic?

Rezkita: My experience has been that our own family gives the most support. People are limited with activities because of the pandemic, which forces them to adapt to the situation, then family is the closest environment that provides the most support for us. In order to ensure their mental well-being is not affected in this pandemic situation, parents can tell their children not to worry or stress too much, but they must also maintain personal health such as implementing health protocols and activities that can increase the body's immunity. It is also important for family or parents to create a comfortable home environment so that children are not bored and stressed.

Michelle: As a grade 10 student, are there some tips for the younger grades that are useful during online learning?

Rezkita: 1. The first tip I can give is to ensure that your study area is as comfortable as possible so that you can study comfortably, calmly, and efficiently.

2. Secondly, stay focused during the lesson, listen to and respect your teacher, and don't play games or social media during the class. If you can concentrate while learning, you will understand more easily, which means it will take less time when you want to review the lesson.

3. The third thing to do is to continue doing other activities as usual, such as getting enough sleep, taking a shower, and exercising to keep your body healthy. It is important to stay hydrated when taking online learning.

4. Make the schedule in such a way that you do not miss the deadline of the assignment and your class.

5. Make time for yourself and keep motivating yourself to be enthusiastic and to be better, don't get too stressed out.

Michelle: Maybe people who read this want to know What things you think that teachers should upgrade/Change/put more attention on ? ex. understand the student more

Rezkita: In my opinion, some things that teachers need to improve are the way they teach so that students don't get bored. Instead of just reading the subject material, teachers need to interact with students more, so students do not get bored or sleepy. The teacher should also be able to understand the students, since the students do not only learn one lesson and might get another assignment from another lesson. Last but not least, the teacher needs to be fair to all his/her students. Teachers should not simply pay attention to some students, but pay attention to all students because I have observed that some teachers pay attention only to certain students.
