I am interested in workplace surveillance and its regulation in the digital society. I deal with European and comparative labour law, privacy and data protection. The title of my PhD dissertation is: 'Monitored at Work. The Legitimate Exercise of the Employer's Monitoring Power in the age of Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things' (Defended on 16 October 2025. Supervisors: Prof. Dr. S.S.M. Peters; Prof. Dr. G.P. Mifsud Bonnici).
