PhD Student in Finance 

I am a Ph.D student in finance at Aarhus University BSS, at the Department of Business Development and Technology (BTech), and a visiting PhD Student at the University of Zurich, at the Department of Finance and UZH Blockchain Center. 

My research focuses on corporate finance, examining how decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and smart contracts change the parameters of principal-agent problems in traditional corporate governance.
