During my time in Silesian University of Technology, I have worked on designing a hardware platform for Ultra-Wideband (UWB) positioning in a PBL project and as my Bachelor's thesis. Initially, we intended to use it as a way of monitoring the limb motion of a person during rehabilitation. Later, I have collaborated with the same group by designing improved PCBs for spatial positioning. These include boards in different form factors, on-board RF amplifiers for higher range and dual-channel system for Time Difference of Arrival (TDoA) measurements. All of these boards have an STM32 microcontroller, for which I have developed embedded software in C during my undergraduate course.
