About me

My name is Michail Vazaios. I received my Bachelor's in Computer Science from Athens University of Economics and Business in 2021. Afterwards I gained professional experience before pursuing further studies. In 2023 I enrolled in the Master in Statistics and Operations Research offered jointly by UPC and UB. In February 2025, I joined the SISCOM research group of the Telematics Engineering Department of UPC as research personnel.

My research is part of the DISCOVERY project and focuses on the application of machine learning on congestion control and routing protocols. Other (less related with my current research) scientific interests of mine include operations research and game theory.
