2. Scheduling and Appointments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, email, or through any approved online booking platform.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate property details and access instructions.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are quoted based on the scope of work and condition of the area to be cleaned.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing after an on-site inspection if the condition or size of the area significantly differs from the information provided.

• Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service delivery, customers must:

• Remove fragile or valuable items from cleaning areas

• Ensure pets are secured during service

• Provide access to water, electricity, and entry to the service location

• Inform us of any pre-existing carpet damage or high-risk materials

We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed material sensitivities or pre-existing issues.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed work. We will make reasonable efforts to re-clean or resolve the issue at no extra charge. This guarantee does not apply to permanent stains, existing damage, or issues caused by misuse or lack of maintenance.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver services safely and effectively, Michael’s Professional Carpet Cleaning is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to carpets or upholstery

• Color fading due to wear or prior chemical use

• Issues resulting from customer failure to follow post-cleaning care instructions

• Delays or service interruptions caused by weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances
