I gained insights into key performance indicators such as absenteeism, presenteeism, and ROI, which helped me understand how to measure program success. This comprehensive review of Northrop Grumman's compensation system allowed me to critically examine how variable pay, competency-based structures, and employee development programs influence recruitment, retention, and engagement. I learned how to evaluate fairness, transparency, and competitiveness within a total rewards system.
