Completed images will be send via google drive gallery for convenient online access and downloading. Images will remain in the cloud drive for 12 weeks, and stored indefinitely in my on site storage. If your gallery is no longer available on the cloud drive and you require access to your images again, please let me know and I can upload a new gallery.

Viewing of images for proofing purposes will require the creation of an Adobe account. Details will be provided after your session. 

Images can be sent via USB for a $17 fee.

Additional Editing: I am very happy to provide additional editing (Examples: Advanced retouching and/or editing, additional text or messages, special formats and layouts) at request. Additional editing may require an extra fee which will be discussed and agreed upon request.

Your privacy is important. Images may be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to, Website images, social media (eg: facebook, instagram.) sample images, and print media. Names and Locations are not used with any images in promotions and social media. If you would prefer your images not be used in promotions, It's entirely fine with me. Please just  let me know, and your images will not appear in any public media. If you decide  at any time you would prefer your images to not be used please let me know, if images have been used in promotions they will be removed immediately wherever possible. Thank you. 

Gift cards will be valid for 3 years from date of purchase and can only be redeemed for services or images from Michael French Photography.

Travel is included in the session fee in most circumstances. For some regions (usually in excess of 1 hour or 60km of travel from Jimboomba or other sessions) an additional travel fee of $10-$20 may apply. You will be informed when organising a location is this may be required. If you have concerns regarding this, please ask when booking your session.

Mothers Day 2023Promotion: 20% discount will apply to all gift cards and sessions booked up to and including May 14 2023. Discount will apply to session fee only, additional images will be charged at $10 each. In the event of a postponement, discounts may be carried over at the discretion of Michael French Photography. Sessions are subject to availability.
